Landmark will be available for Move-In in August of 2012. The building will feature 173 luxury apartments with 9,000 sq. feet of retail space on the ground floor, including restaurants and a convenience store. Landmark will also include a 3,500 square foot fitness center, free tanning, Jacuzzis, outdoor grilling spaces, game and lounge areas, group meeting facilities, a yoga studio, and individual and group study rooms.

Each apartment features an in-unit washer-dryer, dishwasher, and granite countertops.
