Rolling Hills Apartments is a community designed and planned with a philosophy of quality and service for our residence. We are in the center of it all: About 6 miles south of the community you will find the Abalone Cove where the sunsets perfectly along the ocean horizon. 5 miles north of Rolling Hills Apartments you will arrive at Redondo Beach Pier where you could enjoy the lovely beach and the many restaurants & stores the pier offers. Rolling Hills Apartments is near all major shopping centers and malls in the South Bay, and the city of Torrance is known for its great school district. Rolling Hills Apartments is a quiet, safe, gated community. We have an 8 ft. deep pool, Jacuzzi, a multi purpose room, a laundry facility, and underground parking. We provide 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and our floor plans are very spacious. Our community is a 3 story building, but we have elevators if assistance is needed.
