Don Quixote Apartments is a family owned 32 unit complex located just south of Central Ave. near the south-west corner of the University of New Mexico, and only a few blocks from CNM. The Sports Complexes are only mintues away as well.The complex is within comfortable walking distance of restaurants, shops, entertainment and may other conveniences.

The complex is also a pet-free area. The complex has a selection of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments, which are available for rent. All apartments are furnished with oak furniture and the rates include utilities (gas, water, electricity). Appliances are gas-powered. Apartments are also pre-wired for telephone and cable TV, and both cable and DSL broadband access are available. The complex has several BBQ areas, has a laundry facility on site, and is illuminated from dusk to dawn. Off-street parking is reserved for tenants.
