Colorado Springs, CO

Colorado Springs was founded in 1871 and is the most populous city of El Paso County. Top Neighborhoods

Broadmoor is a neighborhood in Colorado Springs east of the Ronald Reagan Freeway. Broadmoor is considered one of the safest neighborhoods in the Colorado Springs area. Broadmoor is bounded on the north by Gold Camp Road, on the west by South 8th Street, on the south by Cheyenne Boulevard, and on the east by Cresta Road. Broadmoor has a significant portion of Bear Creek Regional Park in the northern section of the community. Bear Creek has great amenities including walking and biking trails, picnic areas, ball fields, playgrounds, and great open space for frisbee throwing and kite flying. The housing stock in Broadmoor is primarily residential. The southern portion of Broadmoor has a number of apartment and condo communities and some homes for rent or lease.

Pikeview is a neighborhood in Colorado Springs located east of Monument Valley Highway. Pikeview is bounded on the north by West Rockimmon Road, on the west by Mark Dabring Boulevard, and on the south by South Rockingham Boulevard. In the center of Pikeview is Golden Hills Park. The park provides great recreational opportunities for the Pikeview community. The housing stock in Pikeview is mixed. There are single family homes as well as apartment communities and condominiums available for rent.

Centennial Boulevard is located in the eastern most section of Colorado Springs. Centennial Boulevard is bounded by Centennial Boulevard on the west, North 30th Street on the south, Northwest Colorado Springs on the east, and Flying Ranch Road on the north. Mount Shadow Park is located on the east side of the community, and Ute Valley Park is located just west outside of Centennial Boulevard's border. There are homes available for rent or lease as well as apartment communities that are considered relatively affordable for the area.
