It's A Jungle Out There FAQ Pt 2

This week's question is:

How do I list an apartment or house for rent on your website?

In order to put your listings onto Rent Jungle, you'll need to first make an account. Once you've arrived at, click the "Create an Account" button in the top right, and choose "Yes" when it asks "Will you be creating rental listings?"

You'll be taken to the account creation page (seen below), where you'll give several pieces of required information to create your account. Once you've finished that, complete the "Prove you are a human!" section. Sorry robo-friends, you'll have to find a different place for your listings.

Once you've clicked the "Create Account" button, you'll be taken to the screen below, and our automated system will call you with a verification code to be entered in the box. If you didn't promptly receive a call you may enter another phone number.

Now you can start working on your first listing! Any fields with a red star next to them are required. When you hover over some boxes with the mouse, a helpful pop-up will appear to the left with more information. Take a look at the next few pictures to see this all in action.

When you get to the bottom (see in above screencap) you'll have to choose a Package Type. Check out this link to find out the differences between a Basic, Featured/Premium, & Custom Listing. Now just click the 'Create Listing' button!

Now you'll be taken to 'Your Billing Information' page.

Fill out the required forms and click "Save Information" and you'll be taken to the "My Listings" page (seen below). You can now preview, edit, or save your listing. When you're satisfied with the way your listing looks, click "Save".

If everything in the checkout page (below) looks good to you, then hit 'Checkout'!

At this point, you'll be taken back to the "My Listings" page, where you can continue to tinker with your listing(s) at will. All updates such as new listings, listing edits, or paused listings take effect at the next website update at 5am Eastern Time, so your first listing won't appear until then. Check back after the update to see it in action!
