Payson is a neighborhood and community located near Provo. Payson is bounded by Veteran's Memorial Highway on the northeast and West 800 Street on the south. There are no clear demarcations for boundaries on the west. Payson is largely residential. Payson City Cemetery and Mountain View Hospital are both within the Payson community. The housing stock is mostly single family homes with a few rental apartments available.
