Top Neighborhoods

Main South was originally developed around 1840, and is in the south of Main Street; the major thoroughfare in the city of Worcester. The Main South neighborhood is home to the Woodland Street Historic District. Many of the historic homes on Woodland are currently being used by Clark University as administrative buildings and to meet the housing needs of their student body. University Park also calls the neighborhood of Main South home. The 13 acre public park is currently under redevelopment in conjunction with Clark University.
